Just writing a belated thank you regarding delivery of my new Integrated washing machine. The original machine that I ordered failed to be delivered and for some obscure reason ended up in Manchester. However on speaking with the owner the next day a replacement was delivered to my home within hours. Not only did Phil deliver the machine himself but upgraded the machine free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Very impressed with the service received. Now have a Hoover HWB 8135 DN1 8Kg which has a huge amount of programmes and is so quiet compared to my last one. Excellent service

If you're looking to buy a washer, then look here first. I just bought a washer from here, and I must admit I was a bit dubious and worried about spending a load of money on a "graded appliance" as I could have ended up with something that literally fell off a lorry, or worse. As it turned out the washer I received over the weekend is as perfect as anything I've ever bought from Argos or anywhere like that. I spent quite some time trying to find whatever it was that made this washer a graded appliance.. and failed. The washer is in mint condition and runs as expected, and ever though I had to pay an extra £29 to have it shipped to Manchester, I still saved £120! *****

I have purchased a tumble dried in the past (still going strong) and recently a washing machine. Thank you so much for your your excellent service and to meet you personally after such a busy Christmas period and your courier working flat out. Hope to buy from you again in the future and we have recommended you to several family members and friends.

Great service! Bought a dishwasher today. 45mins after leaving the shop it has been delivered and is now sat in my kitchen waiting for me to fit! (I have to say it was because of perfect timing on both sides but, still really good)

Bought a washing machine from you in November, great machine, great service, great price. Only problem with the machine is that every time I use it, as the cycle ends, the skies open and it starts raining!
