Would like to say a huge thank you to Richard and the team. Our venue was beautiful. They absolutely transformed our Reception venue, and it was everything I could have dreamed and more. Loved the starlight and the chair covers/ small details. The cake table's rose gold sequin cloth just added that perfet touch of wow! Everyone commented on how amazing the room looked. And how transformed this popular Saturday night venue was. He made it so we had no regerets on our wedding day to go with a more budget friendly place. Despite it being an intimate wedding, it still managed to look grandiose, and romantic. Love it! Thank you!

We got married 3rd june 2017 at barnsdale hall hotel. Everyone said how lovely the ceiling drapes with rose balls were, they helped to make our venue look even more amazing & pretty!! Thank you to richard and his team they were brillant at organising everything, and putting the drapes up and i cant recommend them enough.

We got married 27th August, and the service we recieved from Richard and Amy was amazing, they were on hand to answer any questions, and we're extremely helpful the past year or so when we booked. They seriously helped make our dream wedding come true, they're work is fantastic.

They were in contact with my mother who surprised us with extras, and kept it quiet every time we spoke.

Something borrowed done an amazing job on our wedding venue. We went for a rustic look with hessian and lace chair covers which looked beautiful. We also had 2 stunning candelabras which added an extra wow to are wonderful venue. Thank you again Richard for all your hard work we loved every inch of it.

Something Borrowed provided the lights and chairs for our wedding at the Barns Hotel in Bedford. They did a great job, were competitively priced and provided a brilliant service from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing venue dressing!

Richard, Amy and their whole team were absolutely incredible. Our first meeting was in March and in such a short space of time, we managed to put together a plan of action of what my engagement was going to look like. Unlike other decor companies I had seen, Richard was attentive, not pushy and always got me what I wanted. He spoke to truth when putting ideas together, he knows his stuff. If there was something he couldn't get himself, he would make sure to contact someone and get it. His communication is excellent, always in the loop of everything. He made a rough looking community center look so stunning and if you look at the photos it really does look like another venue. His work is truly incredible! I have so much time for him and his business and i can't wait to start planning the wedding to see what other great things he has up his sleeve. Amazing job guys, you really made my day special!!! Richard and his team transformed our village hall into a sophisticated party venue for our wedding celebrations. We wanted to surprise and delight our guests and Richard did not disappoint, creating a space that was nothing short of breathtaking. His attention to detail and drive for perfection really made the event something special. Richard and Amy are simply amazing, we got married on Saturday 5th September 2015 and they created our venue into a magical space, we hired a fairy light backdrop, up lighters and light up tables (ceremony room and reception room). The layout for the ceremony was excellent: the barrel archway, lanterns and bows were spot on too. The castle barn looked epic once it was all prepared. So many intricate details throughout all parts of the venue as well which made the occasion as memorable as it should be. It also adds to it all that they have a wealth of experience and are very friendly so talked us through from the very beginning. This gave us confidence that they would do our day justice and they certainly did and more so thank you very much from us both!
