We have placed several noise complaints with this establishment. We have requested they turn down the loud music they have blaring through their speakers outside the front. They were USELESS. Staff tried ushering us out the door after trying to make us write the complaint down. They did not attempt to turn the music down when we were in the premises voicing our complaint. In fact, turning the music down seemed to be an unimaginably difficult task.



We will now take this up with the council. We have no issue with music being played during the daytime (weekend), but when it's so loud that it can be heard from a prominent distance it's completely unacceptable. It is currently exam-season and we are trying to revise and finish dissertations. They have no regard for anyone else in the surrounding vicinity. Unacceptable and very poor customer service.
