Please be aware of my T&C before you change or cancel your appointment. I completely understand that things comes up and sometimes can’t be help and need to reschedule for what ever reason you need. I really get that , that’s the reason why I have the booking system for you to see what is available and book or reschedule any day - any time , but recently I notice massive reschedule movements in my diary on daily basis , if it’s 24h notice -it’s possibility to give this appo...intment to someone else which one day it might be you waiting for cancellation. Today someone reschedule 3h before the actual appointment , didn’t even had chance to notice it not even filled it up so ended up with gaps in day time but still working till late as today was really demanded day!I know things comes up , so please before you changing appointment make sure it’s definitely no other option. Another one booked for few weekends in row...etc....Every time I extend my working hours people just reschedule , so I ended working longer hours but the same amount of people . If people will continue rescheduling with short notice or rescheduling 3x in row I will have to take action (abusing the system), please bare in your mind that I have child and personal problems as well . Do you think would help to removed reschedule button and managing all changes through me? Really running out of ideas how to make it work for both side any idea welcome ...
