I'm feeling the energy of the upcoming Full Moon in Pisces already! And urghhhh! So let me just take some time out to dive deep into this Kundalini Quartz and find myself again!
You know when the lights switch to green and everyone just goes 🚦 well working with this it's like I can feel every Chakra getting the go signal and instaneously! The Sacral and all things that go with it like libido do a rocket launch to the crown, the beat of your heart can be felt from the front of... your chest to the back, the third eye swirls around and around waiting to take you to depths unknown.
And the energy then clears. Your mind is clear, eyes are brighter. And the energy all makes sense!
This coming Full Moon will have you wanting to sit on the sidelines of indeciveness. Don't! Make that damn decision. Any decision. It can be changed, worked around refined later if needed. But just make a decision and get life in motion.

Wow what a crystal I managed to get hold of yesterday!
... I highly recommend reading what #judyhall has on her website about this crystal.
These are a recent find to the crystal kingdom from South Africa.
My message and also interpretation of this crystal is as follows. You've done 'the work', all the clearing etc from the general 7 Chakras. Kindalini is awakened. You know other Chakras are emerging to be worked on. You are fully immersed in the transition from 3d to 4/5d and greater. And within that shift you know there is old programming that still needs to be looked, released, healed and/or integrated.
This is where this crystal then comes in. It's going to do big work in terms of the Earth Star Chakra. It's going to work quick providing you are going within, meditating, working from an Intuitive level.
It's going to assist in releasing ancestral patterns from the old paradigm. It is going to bring life into question. Not just your own, but also the purpose and direction of humankind. It will go deep and possibly even have you questioning the point and reason for us all living! Believe me I've been there already with this one! 😂
It is all of that and so much more. As I said, do read what Judy Hall has about Cradle of Humankind on her website because at this stage there isn't a better explanation and she sums if up perfectly.

Today our focus was on what course to do at college. Two very different paths with wonderful possibilities, growth, opportunities and healing. But ultimately its his choice to do the work.
... Committing to your practice in whatever form it takes (crystals, Meditation, readings, yoga, affirmations etc) is key to aligning your heart with your desired outcome. Committing to your journey to heal and clear what isn't working, particularly outdated mindsets is necessary. After all, what is the use in all of these beautiful tools if you don't put in the work? And again, committing to your practice will assist you with staying in alignment once you're there.

Self love has been coming up majorly for me and my boys over the past few weeks. We are all actively and consciously working on self-love and having conversations about it as well. So OK the little one not so much! Although he was the one to pick out our latest piece of Rose Quartz!
For me it's making sure I meditate everyday, and even going and getting my eyebrows done (I hadn't done them in a year! 😱😱😱) having a haircut 💇 (DIY job and looks and feels great!). Watching a fil...m or just chilling in my bedroom. Playing relaxing music or dancing round to reggae or house! Taking much needed guidance from beautiful healers around me and filling up my own cup of love. After all, if I can't do that for me who else is going to do it?
Each day I feel that the love I am giving myself is filling me up, slowly but surely. I had been so empty for so long and it feels good to be in this space knowing that I am truly healing, evolving and transforming from within. Coming back greater, stronger and with an abundance of light and love to share.
Guys, when you commit to this journey it can be extremely long, painful even and arduous, but just keep up the faith and belief that you have the strength to reach the summit, even if you don't know how on earth you're getting there or what to do once you reach it!
That summit is within you. Its the flicker of flame that knows that you can create the life you choose. It's the inner knowing that you may need to let go of alot to become who you were always supposed to be. It is living and learning.
It is being present in every moment in every day.
It is love. 💜

Sonya really knows her subject and had our rapt attention as she explained the 7 chakras and how they relate to the body. We did an exercise regarding chakras which led to each of us producing wonderful affirmations to help us manifest our goals. Thanks Sonya for a great evening. :) xx
