I’ve been training with Sophie for about a year and a half and it’s made a massive difference to my health, well-being and confidence. She has a well rounded skill set covering not just the physical exercises, but also the nutritional and psychological aspects of training. In the time I’ve been working with Sophie my body shape has gone from ‘fat b****rd’ to ‘cuddly’, and over the next few years I look forward to completing my transformation into ‘Greek God’.
