I am a fully accredited 1: 1 Diet with Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant operating in Harborne and surrounding areas.

Weight has been something that I never had to worry about when I was younger. I have always been active so you would think that I was always in shape. . . well I was. . . and then the weight gradually crept up on me over the last 5 years.

My key issue was my relationship with food. I LOVE food. And I had no experience of how to manage it. I could try as much exercise as I liked, but it was food that was affecting my weight.

I had always fallen at the first hurdle with other diets. I was introduced to Cambridge by a friend. I was always intrigued because I was desperate to drop a couple of dress sizes but never had the will power to actually go through with it. I thought I would trial it for 2 weeks and see what happens. . . no pressure. . . I was hooked!

The most important thing that happend when I invested into Cambridge was that it altered my relationship with food, it taught me how to manage food and be healthy. I learnt first hand that being in shape and healthy was a lifestyle and not a 'phase' and I loved it. I still keep to the core Cambridge rules every single day- and this is why I maintain my weight, it isn't a challenge anymore.

Cambridge has changed my life and because of that I want to help you! No matter if you need to lose one dress size or ten I can help and support you to have a positive relationship with food. I am passionate about this diet because I know it works for the long term and I would love to support you through your journey.

I work from home in Harborne pimarily on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. My full time job is based in Solihull and so I am mobile in those areas during the week.
