Would highly recommend, my caterer let me down last minute, and only with a days notice, Clair came to the rescue, and done me a fantastic buffet for 50 people, can't thank her enough as I know she was very busy but still went out off her way to help, will definitely putting more business her way �

Went here to get everything I needed to start bodyboarding. Total novice here but Declan was fantastic and put me right at ease. Very knowledgable, helpful and answered all of my questions. Super happy with everything I bought; would definately shop here again and would recommend.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful, plus the prices are excellent!

My two girls had a great 2 hrs lesson. Highly recommend special thanks to Charlie for helping Brooke ( age 10) who went from unsure to when can we go again !!

I needed a few things so phoned you & asked if i order a O'Neill Reactor wetsuit some O'Neill superfreak split toe slippers & a O'Neill superlite impact vest/bouyancy aid in total costing me £139.92 would you throw in a pair of £19.95 XL O'Neill 3mm SLX gloves & you said i am sure we can but i would have to ask the warehouse when i placed my order - you then put me through to the lady at the warehouse & i asked the same question & she said she could throw in the gloves if i place my order! So i placed my order & the wetsuit slippers & impact vest/bouyancy aid arrived but no gloves?

I dropped my surfboard off with Dean yesterday for him to repair and clean up ready for my trip to Saunton and I must say I was very impressed with the friendly warm service that I got!! Thank you x

I am so happy with the wetsuit I ordered online for my one year old son. Customer service has been excellent, super fast delivery, and the wetsuit is fantastic. Will definitely shop here again and would highly recommend to others. Thank you :)

I was sent the wrong item in the post. Called the shop and was told I had to call Wetsuit Centre and that they would process a delivery charge refund. I contacted the wetsuit centre for appalling customer service where I was told there would be no delivery charge refund as I received an item in the post and that the item was half price. The customer service manager then started to say goodbye to end the call whilst I was talking and followed on by laughing at my annoyance with this. This ship need to find another distributor for their orders. Matt was very helpful but it has not helped resolve the issue.

I made an order on the web site. I was charged and I received the bill an nothing more. There were no replies to all my attempts to my make contact.

I've sent emails but no answers at all.

Please tell where is my order.
