Soul Pilates

At Soul Pilates we have created a space for you to escape city stresses whilst restoring your body and rebalancing your mind across two stunning studio locations in the City Centre, Queen Square and in the North Bristol Baths, Bishopston.

We offer a mindful mix of Equipment, Reformer and Mat-Based classes (Pilates, Yoga, Barre and PHiiT) alongside 1: 1 Sessions across our two dedicated studio spaces, all with the aim of creating a mindful movement experience like no other.
