We're all busy. We all juggle relationships, our social lives, the kids, work, and we do our best to eat well and exercise because we know we should. It's difficult because there's only a set amount of hours in the day, and making sure the kids are washed, fed and in a respectable state seems to take up all of them!

And you know what? Sometimes we need a little help and that's ok.

What we eat gives us the fuel we need for getting all the stuff done that we need to do, so it's important that we eat well and look after ourselves. And let's face it, with the busy and hetic lives we lead, that can be no easy task!

Firstly we'd just like to say that our products are not a substitute for food. They're a helping hand for when you find yourslef short of time, or after a work-out, or simply when you need to make up for the vitamins you're lacking. Because maybe you just don't like eating fish. And that's fine.
