Today I am here as a DJ /selector to let Promoters and Djs knows what brings long lasting memories of good Dance or parties of the night in dancehall. especially in Jamaican Dance. Because people want to feel like they are in Jamaica dancehall.
If a DJ can't do the following pls resign. I don't want Promoters to book me (Chino British) for bookings because we are friends, I need booking because of my hard work, qualities and talents i have.
As a Selector you need to know how to mix songs, plays and mix CDs or MP3 and can use equipments such as Turntable, Mixers, Microphones and Amplifiers in dancehalls, parties and Bars.
you need to choose music to suit your audience /people taste. you need to know how to operate lighting and visual effects in time to the beat. Create your own sounds my manipulating beats, using samples, adding extra music and sound effects. need to know how to introduce a song to the people before its plays.
