Long story long... New product for Health Clubs to help solve Fitness Instructor problems. As we're all aware, there's times when instructors rock up at a studio and the headset isn't working. The club won't repair it or replace it (even though it will probably only cost £50 😵). Instructors eventually get fed up of banging their head against a wall and buy their own headset mic system. However, in many cases, they then take their new system to the studio to find that the soun...d system doesn't have an accessible Mic Input Socket! Why would a so called specialist fitness installer fit a system that you can't plug your own mic into? We wouldn't! I’ve been using Sound Dynamics since I started in the fitness industry three years ago and as my classes grow and my business expands, my equipment needs to change to be appropriate to my requirements and to deliver top notch audio experience for my clients. Stuart and his team are fantastic, have been advising me from the offset. Nothing too much trouble and excellent advice on speakers, headsets and lighting. Today I took delivery of my biggest purchase yet, they took my order and it is now ready and set up in my class 24 hours later. Amazing service from a top notch team of professionals!!

Is it sad that I’m totally excited about using my new headset tonight?! It’s SO funky and tons better that my old one!!!



I strongly recommend Sound Dynamics if you’re in need of any sound or fitness sound equipment. They’ve been nothing but amazing - I ordered this on Thursday, and even though we had terrible snow I got it on yesterday (did actually arrive Monday but I wasn’t in so for it redirected).



I didn’t know what I needed and gave them a brief with a budget and they gave me options. And no, they weren’t the most expensive! They are very knowledgeable, reasonable, and helpful and I will definitely use them again!

I like to judge a company on its customer service and after sales service. I Recently bought a speaker which had problems! Exchange was quick, easy and my new speaker is fantastic!

I bought the orange head set microphone back a little while ago for s new course I was about to start . Used it yesterday and it is AMAZING . Such a great sound . Comfortable head set all very compact , easy to set up and in its own little carry case . Just brilliant . Excellent customer service and help about getting the right equipment too .

Fantastic quick service . Very friendly and helpful too. So pleased with my amp and wireless mic... just the job for my exercise classes ���

Excellent service and communication from Sound Dynamics. I ordered a fitness headset mic system on Sunday night. Delivered as promised today (Tuesday afternoon). Excellent timing for my next class on Wednesday! The mic system is very good - I have already tested it with my speaker system. I really appreciated the clear and timely emails from Sound Dynamics to keep me updated on the status of my order. Absolutely perfect experience.

The customer service was outstanding and such speedy delivery especially when my order was over a bank holiday they made sure it was out in time to reach me for my classes starting. Now awaiting report after returning only having it 8 weeks I expected a replacement but unfortunately it's not as easy as that..!!

My colleague had the same speaker that blew 1 week prior to mine so just be careful guys .

I will update you and let you know the outcome ..meanwhile I'm losing clients and my voice 😡😡😡
