What a privilege it was to attend the opening night of this experience! It definitely brought out my inner child 😂 We were mesmerised by each room and the performers were fabulous, each and every one of them! In addition to this, every staff member we met from the queue to leaving the Vaults was so helpful and friendly! I have spent most of my day recommending many friends to go! Kinda want a return visit myself too!😬

User

Truly different and wonderful experience that takes your mind away and forget the outside world for a moment.

User

Magical and mesmerising! Each room had something special about it to capture your imagination. It brought back memories of my childhood watching the film with my family. One of the top experiences to see this summer!

User

Loved it! Fantasia was brilliant, staff where helpful and funny, one set of headphones didn’t work but where quickly changed. Great time had by us and our children, we would definitely go and see it again, could have spent twice as long in there & we definitely recommend it.

User

Incredibly wonderland of sonic experience with live performers at every turn. Definitely the alternative evening out.

User

I have read several of the mixed reviews about the show. I also saw both Alice & Games Afoot. I certainly could understand that if you haven't seen Fantasia or if you didn't enjoy the film, you would not enjoy this. Also if you were expecting something more interactive and less immersive you also may not be happy. That said....

Fantasia is easily my favorite Disney film and the greatest traditional animation ever made. To see an artistic interpretation brought to life and to be immersed into it was a childhood dream. Thank you all for your hard work and making my dream a reality.

On final comment - I'm sad to see the show have such a limited run as I would be coming back on multiple occasions with friends & family as they visit London to let them experience the dream too.

I wish the cast and crew all the best fro the remaining of the run!

User

Had such a great evening-would recommend this to all!

User

A beautiful show!! Completely incredible set and mesmerising music - NOT one to miss!!!

User

We really enjoyed this. However it doesn't have much to do with Mickey Mouse. I suggest MM is taken off the publicity and 'a re-working -of'' put in its place. My favourite bits... so many ! 'Dance of the Hours' ; I watched it 3 times. Loved the large bearded gent in the tutu and the acrobat, and the way the dancers fought for the audience's attention, the movie of the lady dancing underwater, the skaters represented by floor lights, leaving the show through a forest lit by lanterns; and the art gallery at the end. It was all fun. I had a lovely evening. It was bold and innovative. Please let me know about your next show.

User

Very enjoyable experience. Have never seen anything like it before so was fantastic to immerse myself in something new. The set and the lighting are visually stunning and I would go again even if it was just to see that side of things - it was so well done. The music is very clever as each room has a different part of the score attached to it and the headphones changed the music themselves as you walked in each room. The content of the projections and choreography felt a little lacking at times so don't go expecting a normal show but do go to experience something new. Would be fantastic for children especially. Just don't rush through every room. Slow down and enjoy the moment.

User

Well this was disappointing.

The sets are stunning (as always with Darling and Edge), and the 2 (only 2!) live performances were nice enough. That's all of the positives.

The rest is not interactive at all, and looks more like a collection of screensavers made with abstract stuff, not related to the music or to Fantasia.

But the worst of it all is the sound itself. How can you advertise a sound experience when all of it is lagging, crackling and cutting every few seconds? This takes away all of the pleasure of listening to these beautiful pieces of music.

If you want to use technology, then do it well, otherwise it's obtrusive. All of our group experienced these issues all along, despite changing devices.

A shame, the idea is good but it doesn't deliver.

User

Wasn’t for me. Very clever technology usage and loved the volcano room. But for the price felt I deserved more actors performing.

User

This was not worth the money you are charging for, Alice in Wonderland was 10 stars compared to this, I was very disappointed as I had booked tickets for friends from overseas, but what started out as a promising experience just turned into a modern dance experience on a screen - and 7 people dancing round and round. With 2 rooms you walk around and are really for children and a light show to music. So terrible. I really would like a refund or at least half a refund this is NOT worth the ticket price - it was not 90min, it was barely 60. I would say if your into modern dance, and 4 rooms that you can walk in out of - then great. But if you have experienced the wonders of immersive Alice in Wonderland then save your money.

User

Very disappointing- would not recommend. A series of nicely decorated rooms and a couple of short ‘performances’ - entertaining for a few minutes but not worth the price tag - saw families who must have spent over £100 to spend an hour walking around, looking very disappointed. Will look forward to something different (or more inclusive - why not help the people you champion actually access your events by choosing a more appropriate price!) at this great venue in the future.

User

This was really quite disappointing, I expected to see Disney's Fantasia brought physically to life... The reality is a number of Windows XP screensaver-esque projections, flashing lights, very cheap sets and occasionally a bit of bizzare interpretive dance, in dark, stuffy rooms. There is no hint of the original content at all. As an ex-disney employee myself I found it embarrassing this was even slightly linked to the brand. The sales team have abused the brand name to attract an audience and it has clearly worked judging by the number of scared/ bored children present. Whats worse the wireless headphones provided were often skipping making the whole purpose of them useless in the experience and ruining any chance of immersion. This cheaply made and rushed together piece of 'theatre' set me back £75 for two people and that was a cheap Sunday ticket. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially not children and I felt sorry for those who had brought them. I tried to get a refund before the show so I doubt I'll be getting one now too.

User

Sounds and Sorcery is what you get if you mix teenage am dram with teenage art department, although it was actually far more amateur than that. Awful choreography, awful acting, plastic rocks, plastic flowers, and as far from Disney’s Fantasia as you can get. I would actually pay not to go - cannot believe this will be allowed to continue.

User

Poor. Not enough content for the price... just very bizarre at points... I went through 4 pairs of headphones as they all had static and distortion. I really wouldn't recommend, left feeling disappointed.

User

Lame and extremely disappointing.

For 38, yes 38 pounds you can definitely get something better, made by professionals entertainers!

I strongly recommend to spend your money (and time) somewhere else.

User

A major disappointment. Sounded amazing and could have been so much more but was simply bizarre, even Mickey Mouse stayed away! Can’t believe Disney are backing this production.
