Last weekend we had the pleasure of working with our good friends in John Coghlan's Quo. The venue was new to us all and acoustically a little tricky, but after a thorough soundcheck, we had achieved a good result. FOH PA was QSC KLA with an ALLEN & HEATH SQ6 on mix duties.

It’s Children In Need, so we have our QSC KLA System out supporting the Banbury Lions Club and Bumble 'B' Roadshow Premier Children's Entertainment" who are running a Pudsey Mega Party today.

Last weekend we were at several festivals. Here’s a couple of snaps from Music at the Crossroads held in the grounds of Hook Norton Brewery. This years headline act was Dr. Feelgood. Soundwave provided a Turbosound Floodlight PA system, sound engineer and crew for this event. It was a pleasure to work alongside our friends at Nexus Events and Limelight Lighting.

It’s all about festivals at this time of year. Today we’ve set up a stage and lighting for a school concert tomorrow. We’re also providing PA hire and sound engineers for this event to make it a complete event production package for one of our regular clients.

Last weekend we provided a stage and lighting for LibFest "A Special Day For A Special Person". It’s a fantastic event for a good cause and we’re proud to play a central part in it.

A regular job in our calendar is building the stage for Chinnor Bike Dayz. It wasn’t as hot as some years - but it was still hard work in the heat this afternoon.

It’s soo busy this month that we’ve had to increase our stock of staging again. That’s another 20 decks, plus more steps and handrails received today.

As we approach the busiest part of the year, we are increasing our hire stock. Today we have taken delivery of a pallet full of stage, handrails, steps, distro, lights and flightcases. There’s more on it’s way to us tomorrow too!
