Sourcebmx Shop Description
The Source was established in 2003 by Marc and Richard Moore as a rider owned BMX shop. We are based in Hastings, East Sussex and the ownership has not changed to this day. This means that when you order from us or browse this site and team pages you will be seeing, reading and ordering from the riders that own and work here at the Source, so you have complete peace of mind that you are getting over 30 years of combined BMX knowledge. We believe fully in supporting the BMX riding scene by putting on events, sponsoring local shredders and giving back to the BMX community with all the support, coverage and events that we possibly can. We ship worldwide.

What an awesome bunch of people! I have always had an exceptional experience, whether it be buying something from the shop, riding the park or holding my sons birthday party there. Bravo Source Park, keep up the good work! An inspiration for Hastings!
We have become regulars Down at the source park and I would like to say your staff are all very friendly and always very helpful. me and my kids love coming down there and we will continue using the park well done source you should all be proud of yourselfs.x
Such friendly and helpful staff. We were probably purchasing the cheapest bike in the place and were treated as if we were spending a fortune.
Would definitely recommend it. The park is lovely and we cannot wait to bring our toddler back for the under 11 or toddler days.
Ordered a shadow bottom bracket and an odyssey Springfield rear brake. Both arrived sooner than expected. Turns out the bottom bracket bearings where the wrong size, droped the guys a message & they where straight on it. Gave me all the information needed to get the right parts & where happy for me to return the wrongly ordered item. Could not thank them enough.
1st class buying experience & even better after service! �
My sister mail ordered the wrong sized gloves. The shop exchanged them no problem at all. What lovely, friendly people. Thanks guys x
My 8 year old loves this place and for only £6 for a two hour session its great value for money.
I highly recommend this place no matter what sort of ability you or your child are there is so many parts of this place you will be comfy riding round whether its a skateboard, bmx, skates, or scooter.
All the staff are great with a positive attitude towards the customers, and spectators.
I can't recommend this place highly enough, if in doubt pay the mere £6 and see for yourself !!!!
Loved this place!! Went and had a walk round on the grand opening day as me best mate is boyleys little sister, you guys have done an excellent job on the refurb and it'll be great for all of Hastings and anyone that comes to use the source park! Well done
I ordered the BSD WZA V4 frame for $215 and a few other items, unfortunately there was only 1 left in stock when I placed the order and it turns out someone else placed an order for the frame before I did (They were closed when I ordered) I immedately received an email as soon as they opened explaining the situation. They offered for me to pick another frame, I chose the Subrosa OM frame ($240) and they offered to price match it to thr BSD for $215 and ship it the next day. Fantastic customer service! Will be going through them again.
Got my order in 7 days in California. Thought it would take much longer considering it's the holidays. They have alot of parts I was looking for that weren't available at all the other major mail orders. Also received a half magazine/half catalog. They are now officially my go to shop!
Came along with my tribe today for my eldest to have a go during the under 5's session. It was brilliant!! The instructors were nice and child friendly just what you want when your trying to keep the other 2 under control. Jake's confidence grew and grew within that hour and before even leaving he was on about coming next week! Fab job guys �
Amazing customer service. Ran into a couple issues processing my order but the people at SourceBMX were very professional and helpful through it all. Will certainly be a returning customer.
they were pretty good once we sorted the payment out ,took a couple of weeks to finally arrive but finally made it here today,the bars were abit scratched but im just happy to get the bike home ;),i love it ,Fit Bikes SM sig model :) thank you to all the awesome team
Ordered a pair of BSD donnasqueak tyres, they arrived in a box, folded up, the ply company I’ve ever ordered tyres from to use a box, and I have had to have one replace twice now due to the sidewalk blowing out before even being used... wouldn’t recommend using a box to send tyres...

Everything surrounding shipping a bike to the US is a lie. They do not send same day, or even next business day, they also do not send express fed ex (fed ex economy with no delivery on weekends) I have yet to receive the bike and tires but I'll update this on quality when I do. I took a chance on a business I didn't know and so far I am not impressed
Amazing communication over the phone regarding my order as I made clear I was planning on doing a 3 hour drive to come and collect a balance bike for my son! (Feel free to call me crazy...!) They kindly put the bike behind the counter so when I managed to get down yesterday I knew it wouldn't be sold! But when I got to the shop I was so upset with the customer service we experienced. Not only was everyone just hanging around the desk talking, a couple with beers their hands, (I now know it was over 21s night, but still, openly drinking in a shop infront of customers?!) as we were standing there no one thought to ask me if I wanted to pay for bike. So my partner being a crazy BMX fan looked round the shop and thankfully a lovely girl (didn't grab her name) came over to help us with choosing what we else we needed to buy. As we walked over to the desk, I was disgusted to see one of the guys who had been stood at the desk trying to do tricks on my sons bike. I laughed it off as i was tired but was disgusted by the language we heard and the lack of respect they had when there was customers in the store. Then topping it off I had made a light comment of "if I ordered online and spent this much I'd have got a free gift" to which the lady got my partner a hoody, I shouldn't have had to mention this to get what's offered.
I had such high hopes as your online ordering service is great, and the communication I had on the phone was very professional. I understand with the shop it's a laid-back atmosphere; but not so laid back customers are treated like they're a burden. Having spent over £200 I'll take my custom to Custom Riders next time.
Unfortunately the shop made a complete Cock up , as I came in paid for a new bmx for my son for xmas ���I paid the amount in FULL on the 2nd of dec and decided to keep the bike there so that my son wouldn’t see it , I was was then notified 1 week before Xmas that my bike had been sold to another person , which as u can imagine made me and my wife very annoyed, I think this is a very unprofessional way to run a business , I still can’t believe the way it’s been handled and the email that my wife had sent to them still has not been answered , ��
Ordered some pads in September. Emailed in October because I had not received. Response said the pads were backordered until November and they would ship as soon as they came in. Nothing received in November. I calked several times to be put on hold and then disconnected. I emailed in December and was told they still were backordered and would keep me updated. I emailed in December and was told they be sent out January 15th. It is now January 30th and nobody has reached out nor have I received pads. I just checked the site and it says the pads are available. Nobody has ever reached out to me, it has always been me reaching out. Horrible customer service. Maybe rider owned isn't such a good thing; too busy riding to do their jobs.
Have placed and order and haven’t received it. My husband and I have emailed many times and reached out via messenger to ask where our item is and we have been ignored. Really starting to get angry at the lack of communication
