IDTA & ADFP Freestyle Dance School (Covering a range of dance styles including Freestyle, Lyrical, Acro & Flexibility, Street, Ballet, Tap, Commercial and Rock n Roll). We also do IDTA examinations and IDTA & ADFP competitions.

Welcome to the South Durham School of Dance

If you are interested in coming along, we offer classes in Freestyle, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Street, Acro and Flexibility and Ballet and Tap, taking part in IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) exams and competitions both regionally and nationwide.
We also compete in ADFP (Association of Dance Freestyle Professionals) competitions regularly.

Private lessons (hourly) are also available on a Saturday from 10. 30am till 5. 00pm and must be pre-booked.

Fitness classes are also available on a Monday and Thursday night.
