South Lincolnshire CCG is made up of 15 practices working together to improve the quality and delivery of health services for patients, and reduce health inequalities across the area. The two localities - Welland and South Holland - cover a large part of South Lincolnshire. Our aim is to develop better solutions for the local population, providing patients better access to the healthcare services they need.
