Well Deep Blue is where we went and we had a truly enjoyable time there. The food is really good and the staff are all very friendly. It was our second visit and we will definitely go back.

Spent a lot of time here when growing up with my grandparents X

Looking forward to warmer days and strolling around the Pier - It is looking really good and I hope it can be fully restored back to what will again be a massive tourist attraction for Southsea...Good luck to the new owners and their efforts to restore this icon of Southsea!!

It's all fabulous, when out for a health walk my favourite for an everyday lunch is the High Tide Kitchen Co. Yummy home cooked food, dieters well catered for too. Thank you to everyone for making it such a great place to visit, a Southsea treasure.

Found it to be lovely, great bar staff, light and airy, lots to keep you occupied..... Oh, and beautiful sunsets to see.... Amazing food and breakfast too!

the cod and chips were good :-) . love the view of the horizon

Good progress has been made up to a point,the last third of the Pier is still a no go area and also boat deck has not been replaced / repaired and night Sea Fishing has still not been restored for anglers, day fishing 🎣 at a reasonable charge is available on the part that is open to the general public and a discount for OAP’s is offered!

Not being a structural engineer I have no idea as to the condition of the piers supporting metal legs ,and what the ongoing repair program is and at what cost ?

In the 50’s and 60’s really well known names used to perform in the theatre /stage and holiday makers always made the audience numbers worthwhile ,some resorts like Cromer still have a flourishing end of Pier Show , unfortunately my beloved Southsea one only seems to offer slot machines which are not to every ones taste , catering on the Pier is improving and obviously someone has invested a large amount of money, at least we still have for the time being this facility and I wish them great success in there ongoing plans for making it a viable proposition ( Graham Pickett )
