beautiful location minutes from beautiful beach.the site has so much potential. just really disappointed to see place so run down neglected. theres no amusement arcade pub resturant etc...chip shop manky.needs massive renovation. if there was a pub resturant on site look all money they could have made just over christmas doing christmas dinners.theres nothing for kids to do etc..whos going to pay high price to hire chalet in summer with no facilities. owner park ought to be ashamed of himself. the place is turning more jaywick than a holiday park. police were called to asb incident while were staying here again.this is second time this has happened when we stayed there before. no security on site too whilst we stayed this time. nervy.such a shame.disapointing.

Total Disappointment
after spending a week on this park i will not be returning,
this really is a poorly run park which is a shame as it could be a really lovely place,
on Wednesday morning we had been woken up by the local horse racing group surely as a manager of the park you have got to realise the implications of letting horse riders cantor around a holiday park
we had a smoked filled chalet on Friday morning thanks to the 2 idiots burning rubbish in the compound.YOU really need to check guidelines on the burning of rubbish on a holiday park,so after being woken up by chocking smoke i went to the office to complain.surprise surprise once again the office was unmanned, i rang the office on several occasions with no avail.. Saturday morning we was woken to the chorus of a motocross bike being thrashed up and down the road with some young lad with no reg plate so of course not road legal, after 2 hours of this i rang the office and yet again no answer .
We had come to stay here to specifically look at buying 1 of the new chalets on here but after viewing we had realised that they are not spaced to the requirements you can stand between the 2 and touch them thats how close (3 meters between units that have a veranda or decking) and in time the council would make them move the units.
Poorly maintained ( we were told that if we buy one we would have to cut the around our unit as the maintenance team would not do this...So what would be be paying ground rates for)
Poorly managed, well if it is managed, but some one did tell me that i would find the manager and gardeners in the pub as this was their hiding place its a shame as the owners on here are really nice its just a pity they have bad a management team that really have no clue on holiday park management ..there are better parks in the area that are more welcoming and managed to higher standards..

First time stopping here and mainly I picked this site due to the beach as you can walk dogs on it and even though people on hoilday don't realise it is a dog beach and complain to you if you go to the right side when going on beach there is plenty of beach with dog owners on. It could do with a store that is open instead being closed all the time but nearest shop spa area on back streets costcutters and McCoy if I can do it walking with a child and few dogs it's easy managable. Chip shop okay very friendly had to dine out as my chalet cooker the oven kept cutting safety fuse off. Yes the site could do with more things but it as a outdoor gym for kids, park, 2 cafes, bus station for town visits, tennis court and a pub. I think it could do with a soft play area and some ammsuments would go down a treat for them rainy days. After stopping in centre it is nice and quiet and it's lovely seeing wild rabbits in the farmer field.

We stayed at seascape chalet South Shore Holiday Village 15 Jul 2017 the chalet was very clean, tidy, and spacious with everything we needed the private sitting area outside was a bonus where we enjoyed a few glasses of wine in the evening sun .
The beach was only a two minute walk from the chalet and we had several rides on the land train into Bridlington also visited Hornsea, Scarborough, and Whitby and concluded our last evening with a trip to Bridlington spa to watch the Beatles, Elaine and Steve.

Except for a small Park there is absolutely nothing there for kids or any body it's awful doesn't even have a pub or a swimming pool or any amusements. All there is on site is a Fish & Chip shop a little shop & a cafe & that is literally all there is.

brilliant location close to beach. however some private owners do not like those who hire chalets and will make your holiday misery they will complain. fish shop manky and closes at early. best going to southcliffe better. shop closes at 5pm too rubbish.. warren like local pub sticky carpets entertainment when it says 7 didn't start till 8ish bored waiting. when we walked in people stared at u. great bus service. great beach.

Went to view a caravan yesterday morning. VERY abrupt receptionist who said we couldn't view it till after 3pm, even tho we'd arranged it with the owner, she finally rang the owner and almost threw the keys at my partner.. Changed our mind and she lost owner a sale. Weren't allowed to use the toilets in the pub either due to 'health and safety'?? Much more friendlier sites in the area!!

little chalet park with run Down pub (Warren), arcades with faulty machines, chip shop that opens a few days a week, closed children's play area (BIG MISTAKE), cafe and tiny shop.

Dogs can go on beach here so watch what your kids pick up as a lot of owners are sad selfish lazy people.

Makis leisure is next door and is not run or thought out well, infact if it was in any town or other place with competition it would not stand a chance, I'm told its family run ( if this is the case it may explain why it's such a shambles it's hard to sack family) it has an inside tiny play area for kids but teenagers use it so little ones get bumped about, there are times when it's open when you are not able to purchase an ice cream/ slush puppy etc even though they are on display, they do have a sign pointing you to another bar but the bar staff are unable to help with these requests they are also unable to help with hot drinks.

The range of drinks are expensive and nothing special, food quite poor

Entertainment is tolerable but it seems as soon as the kids start to dance games are forced such as musical chairs (sometimes kids just want to dance).

Another chip shop near by and a small shop which was handy

About a mile around the corner is a pub called Lobster pot with kids play areas ( inside and out) better range of beers (cheaper) - good food and nice beer garden - there is also a Carboot 2/3 days a week right next door on strawberry fields.
