I purchased a Colnago CLX3 from Ian back in November 2013 and collected early 2014. Since then the bike has covered approx. 4500 miles during which other than replacing the tyres I have never made one single adjustment. The build is superb, I love riding it and feels like it did on day one. I did have a few reservations with how he set it up for me but after a couple of rides I've never looked back.

Ian's after sales service is second to none. He built my Lynskey Sportif which I collected in November 2014. I recently had a problem with the Pacenti rear wheel rim which Ian replaced for me with an upgraded rim as there appears to be a warranty issue with some of the Pacenti rims. He also upgraded the front wheel rim at no cost to me so my wheel rims were matching. I cannot thank Ian enough for his service and guiding me through the original build of my bike.

May 2013 ordered my Lynskey Helix Di2 from Ian at south west bikebuilders.
Still receiving the same high level of service today as I did then..

Cannot praise Ian highly enough. Very knowledgeable, took the time to understand what I was looking for and then delivered a superb bike (Colnago C60 Disc) at a great price. First ride out was 82 miles and not a hint of any rattles/settling in. If you are looking for a top-end bike from a legitimate dealer (and at a great price) look no further!
