Southbank Boston Spa Description
Southbank Boston is the brainchild of chef, Darren Danby.
Darren has been a chef for over 17 years. He’s worked as Head Chef with groups such as Piccalino, Executive Chef with Mitchells and Butlers and PCDG, who are the largest restaurant group in the UK, running sites such as the White Hart in Pool, Deer Park in Leeds and Pine Marten in Harrogate. Darren has also worked with the likes of Marco Pierre White and Paul Heathcote to name a few.
Darren has poured his heart and soul into Southbank, creating an exciting dining experience downstairs, combined with a vibrant bar experience upstairs.

Sorry folk of Boston but we’re gonna put brunch on hold just till we build the right team as we’ve lost a few members and want to make sure we deliver 100% or nothing at all. Again sorry but I’m sure we will be back stronger.
Hey lovely people, just a quick note, were changing our hours for brunch/lunch to 9am till 2pm, coffee and nibbles available till 10am then we will at 10 till 2pm be cooking a revised full menu x Thursday, Friday and Saturday, oh and don't forget bottomless brunch x x
