Southdene String Quartet

'Sweet Child of Mine' peformed for Harriet Downes yesterday at The Lowther Hotel, Goole. Thanks so much to all the staff for making us feel so welcome. Wonderful to discover this part of Goole and The Lowther Hotel. Built in 1824, it was the very first building built in Goole and retains so much of it's original style today.

Pachelbel Canon. This is the abridged version that we performed yesterday at the Lowther Hotel. The wonderful thing about live music is that it can be tailored to suit your timings, which vary depending on size of wedding party and size of room.

We had the string duo for our wedding ceremony and the music was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for anything more. They played everything perfectly and I had requested a song which was stunning. We had the amazing Southdene Duo playing at our wedding last month and they contributed to making our day perfect with their mesmerising and emotional performance of Canon in D, as i walked down the aisle. They set a calm, relaxing atmosphere for our guests, creating a touching, romantic feel to our special day, performing throughout the ceremony and drinks reception.

We had the Southdene duo play our wedding at Whirlowbrook Hall in May. They were fantastic! The music was perfect and we had so many comments about how great they were. Everything was exactly as we'd hoped- and to top it all off, they were the absolute picture of professionalism throughout the whole process.

I had this beautiful quartet play at my wedding last summer. They played at the church and at the wedding reception on arrival. My husband and I loved them. They are such a talented quartet.
