We provide year-round sports activities for people with intellectual (learning) disabilities in Sefton, Merseyside.

We provide year-round sports activities and opportunities to compete in a variety of Olympic-type sports for people with intellectual (learning) disabilities, giving them the opportunity to develop physical fitness, encouraging them to achieve their potential and increase their self esteem and share skills and friendship with other Special Olympics athletes.
We are affiliated to Special Olympics Merseyside and Special Olympics Great Britain.
Special Olympics should not be confused with Paralympics who provide sports competition for elite disabled athletes with physical and sensory disabilities, including intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics provides community sports at all levels for those with intellectual disabilities.

Activites: Sunday 10 to 12 Multisports and 12 to 1 football
Venue: Southport College Sports Hall, Mornington Road, Southport PR9 0TT
Fees: £25 membership fee per year.
Training fees Multisports £4 and £2 for football
