... Club Touch is open to everyone whether you have played rugby before or not. Touch Rugby is a non-contact sport which is a great way to improve and maintain fitness. The sessions are free of charge and are open to men and women aged 14+. The night will consist of a series of Touch Rugby matches in mixed teams which are organised on the night. There is no need to bring a team with you, all you need is yourself! Please spread the word to your friends, family and colleagues.

Pre-Season training for all Senior, Colts and New Players will start on Tuesday July 2nd.
#PreSeason will commence on Tuesday July 2nd at Southport Rugby Club (PR8 4QW) and will take place as usual on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm onwards. Senior players of all ages are expected to attend and we actively encourage all Colts both Junior and Senior to join the fun as we seek to integrate them into senior rugby.
