Southwark Carers

Southwark Carers provides information, advice and support to Carers across the borough. We aim to raise awareness of the rights and needs of Carers in Southwark.

We provide:

- Advice on issues such as benefits and dealing with social services
- An information pack and regular newsletter
- Confidential counselling for up to 13 weeks
- Financial assistance to help carers take a break
- Carers’ support and activity groups (book club, films, crafts, belly-dancing, nutrition and more)
- Massage and relaxation sessions
- Support planning
- Training and information sharing events
