Qualifications and Insurance:
- SPA (Single Pitch Award) Supervising safe climbing and abseiling sessions on single pitch crags.
- CWLA (Climbing Wall Leading Award) Teaching lead climbing skills on artificial climbing walls and structures with fixed protection.

Experience:
I’ve been actively climbing for more than 3 decades, mostly in Europe but even overseas.
Since 1999 I am teaching children and adults on climbing walls, to begin with in London (http://sports. westway.org/climbing) and since 2013 in Radstock (http://www. writhlingtonleisure. co. uk /activities /climbing-wall /).
About rock climbing:
statistically one of the safest sports. This activity goes far beyond the physical aspects of climbing itself. essentially non-competitive (although similar to skate- or snowboarding and the likes there are now great competition events and climbing will be olympic discipline) climbing is very much about goal setting and problem solving, collaboration, focus, intuition and above all having fun on a day out or in.
Events:
- Outdoors: Half day top-rope sessions for children and adults at local crags around bath and bristol (1 hour radius) for either beginners or more experienced climbers.
- Indoors: Indoor sessions cover both top-rope and lead climbing at one of the major indoor climbing walls in Bristol (Red Point or Undercover Rock) where I am registered as external instructor.
Subscriptions /Bookings /Cancellations:
Once subscribed to the website you will be notified by mail about upcoming events.
Weather forecast in mind I am putting up possible outdoor events a few days prior and take bookings on a first come first serve basis.
Bookings once confirmed are chargeable unless cancelled not less than 48 hours before the event. Should weather conditions unexpectedly turn out to be too adverse for a pleasurable experience in the outdoors the session will take place at an indoor venue (see above).

Participants are responsible for their own transport and provisions.
