Fat Loss Boot Camp!
With Christmas parties on the way .Here at the Spa Gym we're going to be running our own fat loss boot camp , which is guaranteed to help you get a great level of fitness plus an understanding of nutrition which in turn will help you smash and maintain the progress we achieve during this time.
This is a six week course with incentives , weekly check ins ,classes , nutrition layout advice and group accountability to help you get further with your progress....
The course price for six weeks is £150 and starts on Saturday 10th November. This includes a sit down introduction to nutrition and the tools we'll be using to help you shed those pounds and keep them off. A bit of a meet and greet and an overview and layout of what we'll be doing during those 6 weeks in order to help you break barriers and reach your goals. Also included in the price is free use of our facility including the pool , steam room and sauna on the Saturdays after we finish our consultations and training session. Also thrown into the mix is a prize of a 55 minute full body massage worth 60 pounds to the best overall loser , fat , inches etc. What's not to like?

Visited yesterday with my friend, very welcoming lovely place. Definitely be going again :)

Visited here last month and had a lovely day. My treatment was done by jess, she was professional and I felt totally relaxed. Was allowed to use the other facilities like the pool, steam room, sauna, ice room and thermo shower. We Would definitely come again!

Lovely spa. I had a great back massage and the facilities are really good. Love the pool. The staff are really friendly and professional and were even really helpful in letting my partner pop in to reception so I could breastfeed my newborn baby half through our experience.

Lovely relaxing place, before my treatment I waited in the most peaceful area starting my destress session from the minute I sat down. I chose this spa due to it having Decleor products, the therapists asked my what the purpose was for and we decided my key areas to work on, and within minutes of starting my treatment (facial and body massage) I wasn’t disappointed, Id already started relaxing and close to falling asleep within minutes. After treatment was complete I headed back to the waiting area until I was ready to head off home.

Lovely day with my partner for my birthday present. Excellent treatments aroma massage and Indian head massage by Danielle and Jess. Then chill out in the thermal rooms and pool followed by a lovely lunch in the hotel. I would definetely recommend a day here, the receptionist was really great also and made you instantly feel welcome.

It was such an amazing experience. The whole was like nothing my partner or I had experienced before. Really friendly staff, brilliant facilities and the light lunch included was really lovely. Will be booking here again in the future.
