Spa One London

The Hilton Paddington would not give me a suggestion for a local spa/massage so I searched online. This place is great. The massage was excellent, there is a really good sauna and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend it!

Visited Spa 1 for the first time a few days ago for a Thai massage. This place is very classy and professionally run, with a wide range of different massage styles available. The masseuse was cleary very experienced, I had an incredibly relaxing session and will definitely be visiting again soon.

Really impressed with this little find, which is Thai-run in the bottom of a hotel. Great prices for London, friendly service, and a really good massage. I'll definitely be back.
