We have just gained planning permission to add a first floor of 151m2 to a bungalow in Hill Head, Hampshire.

We have just gained planning permission for a two storey, single storey and first floor extension in Fareham.
The main extension will open up the back of the house to create a very nice social kitchen with wrap around glazing on two sides which will take advantage of the orientation of the house on an irregular plot. At first floor level two bedrooms will be extended, a further bedroom will be created and an ensuite will be added to the master bedroom.

We have just gained planning permission for a multiple level extension on a house in Hampshire.
The garden to the rear of the house drops away with a steep bank which meant that linking the ground floor of the property with the lower garden level was crucial to the design. Our solution creates a cellar, level with the rear garden and a double storey family room to link the existing ground floor with the garden.

We have recently been employed to develop ideas for the remodelling of a 1950s house which we have never visited. The project involves working with the footprint of the original property to re configure the front elevation of the house to give it a more interesting and homely feel with loads of kerb appeal.

We are pleased to have just gained planning permission for a single, two and three storey extension on a house in Western Way, Alverstoke.
The contemporary design takes advantage of a steeply sloping site to create a basement level with direct access to the garden. Our design will create a master bedroom suite on the first floor, kitchen / dining social space on the ground floor and a double storey glazed atria leading to a garden room and guest suite on the lower ground / basement level.

We have just gained planning permission for a two storey and single storey extension that will wrap around a house in West Wittering, Chichester.
We carefully designed the extension that will see the separation of the living room and extension of the kitchen to create an open plan layout at the rear of the house with two sets of folding doors. The existing two bedroom semi-detached house will also gain a utility room and WC on the ground floor, whilst a master bedroom with ensuite will be added to the first floor.
Bizarrely, the planning office asked us to increase the size of the extension during the course of the application, now you don't find that happening a lot.

We have just gained planning permission for a two storey glazed extension on a house in Alverstoke, Gosport and a two storey extension and alterations on a house in Bognor Regis.
We tailor design every project we work on, to suit our clients needs, their budget and the design and characteristics of their home. Whilst the house in Gosport will gain a master bedroom with glazed gable and an open plan multi purpose kitchen on the ground floor, we rejigged the existing layout of the house in Bognor Regis, to create an aspirational kitchen out of the existing kitchen and dining room.

We have just gained planning permission for two storey and single storey extensions on a house in Locks Heath. The extensions which are 63m2 together with the alterations will reconfigure the 1939s house to provide a 38.5m2 Kitchen / Family room, a Utility room, Study and a master bedroom suite.
The design incorporates a series of triangular gabled windows on the rear elevation which will fill the house with light. Our clients had previously employed another designer to develop the proposals, but had come unstuck when they realised that they were not up to the challenge. We were only too pleased to step in and rethink the entire design to help bring their dreams to fruition.
