Loved them!!

The owner of the business here, went above and beyond to help me deliver cakes at the last minute to a friend of mine on his Birthday. He was really very impressed and noted how delicious they were. She even took photographs to send to me as i wouldnt see them, as I am from the north of enland. The most accomodating and thoughtful of cake companies in Cambridge I know because i spoke to nearly all of them, in my search for the perfect cup cake..

Pleasant to deal with, beautiful cupcakes for an anniversary, would highly recommend. I ordered from Sparkles because of the reviews and content on their website.

I was calling to make quite a big order and I asked to speak with the manager. The woman on the phone had a horrible and appaling customer service behaviour as she started patronising me straight away. I assume she was the owner of the business as she started to ask me questions with regards to who I am, which I responded to, but she still didn't want to answer any of my questions with regards to whether or not I got through to the right person. She didn't want to tell me if she was the manager or not, and she hung up on me. Very dissapointed although it was recommended to me, but I would never use again nor recommend .
