I 'suffered' for the last 20 years with poor sleep, migraines and waking in the night feeling someone was there.

I had numerous tests at the doctors for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Aspergers, ADHD etc

I spent some time after this 'finding myself' and ventured into a local spiritualist church. They helped me to get guidance and healing. They showed me I had a gift. I get 'sent' information and messages. I feel it, its very hard to explain, but I am learning to channel this.
