We had a great day at Felsted Farmers market yesterday. It was surprising how many of you had not heard of us! Lots of turkey left over too so a Christmas dinner practice tonight!

We visited the Essex food show at Cressing temple barns today. 'Kellybronze' had a stall and their turkey rolls were selling like crazy. We're hoping to be there for the autumn show and hopefully you'll be able to place your orders with us then... We'll keep you posted...
