Spartans Amateur Boxing Club presents a night of amateur boxing. This is the first home show from the club. We have our current Alliance novice champions Louise Smart, Alfie MillerMiller, schoolboy champions Kai Smart Smart, Joe Miller, Julie Dicker Dicker. Current NW Division champion Mikie Webber-kaneWebber-kane up and coming boxers Lewis Goodger, Curtis Jay Mand Hill, Jake Chipperfield Chipperfield, Shaun Bailey Burke and Vinny Shillito. Having their skills bouts we have t...he very talented and one to watch Ashton Nicky Harwood and the next gen of the famous fighting Walsh family Riley Walsh and Roni Chloe Walsh. We have clubs travelling from all over the south of England including the current 63.5 to 67 kg champion Tyler Marriottand very talented lads from Gary Knights gym. We have a free raffle for everyone. We also have special guest and our close friends from Graham Everett stable of professional boxers over at Professional Boxing Training and Management. Tickets still available but they will be on the door too. VIP nearly sold out and on sale till Wednesday next week.
Spartans are a massive part of the Great Yarmouth community working with children and adults in the most positive way. It would be great for the town to come out and support all of the boxers. 16 local boxers competing in total.

As you all know we have our first every home show February 22nd at the ocean rooms in Gorleston. we are looking for sponsors for the event. all the boxers home and away put a massive effort in with their training we are looking for a sponsor to help with the trophies for the event. total cost for the trophies are £700 for 44 top quality trophies. Draw has been made for the school boy championships. Joe Miller in action this weekend in the quarter finals Kai Smart in action next weekend in the semi finals. Kai won the championships last season and looking to gain his 2nd Amateur Boxing Alliance title.

Wow wow wow. What a brilliant year for Spartans ABC. Finshed off our first season as a amateur club and started our 2nd with a bang too. What a great season it was 2018/19! Kai smart becoming our first amateur champion, winning the under under 47kg school boy championships. Kai also won the Holland Park box cup and was unbeaten in all his bouts. Mikie Webber Kane made big statements in his first 2 bouts in the Alliance, beating the under 20s champion and the national finali...st. Mikie won the under 63.5kg challange belt and also represented the Alliance and London ABA in bouts against Spain. Louise Smart won the national novice under 54kg final, beating the champion in clinical style. Alfie Miller won the national novice under 60kg junior championship. We traveled close to 10,000 miles going to countless shows. Seen some cracking bouts that the boxers were involved in. The club has built a brilliant relationship with Graham Everett and the professional set up in Norwich. Help that will only grow with Mikie possibly going professional in the future Tony got the chance to be part of the UK Floyd Mayweather Snr tour and remains part of the The Money Team, UK. A new tour has recently been announced for 2020! Our presentation night was something to be very proud of. Over 400 there to share the brilliant moments of the season. Tony and Elton could not be prouder of the club and what they have achieved. I would like to thank all of our sponsors that have helped get the club get to the position we are in now. Especially Mark and Karen at Fallen Angels who's support over the last 9 years has been nothing short of fantastic. So let's go into 2020 like we came out of 2019.
