First class service and advice. Plenty of bike to see and test ride. Worth the visit if you want a Specialized bike.

Initial troubles and lack of customer service were compensated by the help of the store director. If not for him, and his dedication to customer, that wold have been my last visit to the store.

The bike is awesome.

The staff's attitude should be improved.

It depends who you get at their workshop, but been asked for £170 for two new wheels (although using my old tyres) including fitting. Asked to fillin a claims form as the bike is less than two years old (Awol touring bike) the guy was like no problems ill add it on the waiting list and you'll hear from them in the next few months! Absoulutely a rip-off service and totally changed my about further advertising about their touring bike as i was acutally supported by them to cycle to spain with their new Awol bike, did it in 2014 and the bike had no stood the quality test required from a touring bike perspective! so you have been warned. As for me i am looking for a new touring bike definately NOT with the un-Specialized!

I have a Roubaix SL2 bought 18 months ago. The estimated mileage is less than 5000. When my local bike shop told me that the rear bearings were shot, I was dismayed as the bike had been regularly cleaned, lubricated and serviced. When I phoned to book my bike in at the Birmingham Concept Store so that they could assess the situation, I was told that I could book (and pay for) a service and the bearing could be replaced at extra cost. Apparently "wearable" parts are not covered by the two-year warranty. When I mentioned the Sale of Goods Act and its requirement that goods should be fit for purpose, of merchantable quality and last for a reasonable amount of time, I was told by Ash, the manager that there would be no discussion on the matter. Asked if he would wish me to go elsewhere for my next bike, he was quite willing for me to do that.
This is not the level of customer service that I had hoped to receive and I have duly ordered a Cannondale Synapse from a dealer who has offered an excellent deal and was friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the glitzy showroom and the staff who are friendly when you are buying but apparently not so friendly when you have a complaint.
