Specialized Concept Store

Went today to pick up a new bike for the wife and Alex was absolutely brilliant couldn't do enough for us cheers

Excellent store, Excellent service. Nothing felt like an issue - the customer service and follow up / promptness to help & find the right bike was great! Big brand store - local bike shop feel!

Have always found the staff very helpful over the past few years but especially so recently. I needed advice on a particular type of helmet which is difficult to find and although they didn't stock the product they still spent a lot of time and effort to fix the problem for me. Five star customer service ... friendly, efficient and nothing too much trouble. Thank you Rob and colleagues!

I wouldn't normally shop at Specialized...not a massive fan of their bikes. Having said that, their women's range is really good, and so my wife and I went along to buy a Dolce. The staff were really helpful, and didn't try to push to sell the next model up or anything. When we returned a week later to buy the right size, the staff again couldn't be helpful enough. After setting up the bike they threw in a set of pedals worth £100 without us even asking. I picked up a couple of other accessories worth £80, with every intention of paying for them, but they gave them to us for free as well, no strings attached.

Might even be a convert to Specialized with service like that...

Absalutely the best customer service I have received in a very long time. All the guys were amazing and all knew their stuff. We purchased 2 mid range bikes £1100 but we were treated as if buying the top spec stuff at £7000. Would recommend this store and specialized every time without a shadow of doubt. A truly genuine bunch of young lads who just want the best for you and care deeply about what they sell you and want you to enjoy cycling.

Nice clean shop. The man behind the counter could have been a bit more helpful but saying that the shop was busy. I was looking for a BB. prices are ok. But overall I'm happy with my service I got
