Specialized Concept Store

Been buying bikes and bits from the bike factory and specialized store (quinns) for over 20 years now and they just get better these lads will go to the end of the world and back to help and supply the customer in both shops they’re very knowledgeable and there is atleast one or more lads that can give you extra advice in different departments from mtb road tt cyclocross and family bikes football :-) (coyb) ect its takes me nearly a hour trip to the shop yes i have other local bike shops but not with the same knowledge and service keep up the great work to all and thank you very much see you soon

Went to Specialised showroom after being completely ignored at Evans Bike showroom up the road. The difference in the level of service and attention was amazing and even on a busy day when the store was short staffed they could not do enough for me and my wife buying a family bike each to take our daughter out for bike rides.
We bought two wonderful bikes and will be back for all the equipment to go with it when we collect.
If you want to be treated with respect and not like an idiot from caring staff then ignore Evans up the road and get to this shop fast!!

Good range of bikes, parts and service. Happy to sort out a few warranty issues and won't leave you without a bike while they are sorting it. All in all a good store

I have been purchasing my kids bikes from here every year or so (I have 3 boys) for the past few years. My son whose now 11 got his very first Trek from sister company next door. Once Specialized opened my good friend Dave told me it was the best bike shop in Chester (and surrounding areas). He wasn't wrong!!! I've personally dealt with Carl on each of my visits, he treats me like one of the family and always spends plenty of time helping me choose my bikes. He's brilliant with the kids, a true professional and a credit to the store. All the staff are. I was in hospitality for 25 years so I know who I like to buy from. Hand on heart I won't shop anywhere else ever for my bikes. Santa is delivering 3 bikes this year and I can't wait to see the boys faces. Thank you Carl and team for being amazing!!!!!!! Wish I could give you 10 🌟⭐️.

All the staff at the Specialised Concept Store Chester are fantastic and so helpful ! I bought my beloved S Works Tarmac with sram red built by James and I am more than happy with the service to date. Would not go any where else. John is great at setting up a womens saddle he just seems to get it perfect !
