Looks nice but found staff unhelpful with enquiries so went elsewhere in town where the staff were helpful & sold me a bike.

A very nice bike shop. Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Ian the bike fitting guru really very good hitting the right balance between science and the art of bike fitting. It's made the difference in the tracking of my knee and delivery of power from a planted seated position without moving about in the tt position. Having read the review of being racist definitely disregard that review. Nothing of the sort a great bunch.

Awful service and racist staff!!
I picked up a bike to see and feel the functionality of the gears, then this man out of nowhere said "Give me the bike!" So I did, thinking he was going to talk about it , however he put it back in its place,walked away and began talking to someone else!
I asked him why he reacted in this way and he tells me that I am not allowed to touch any bikes and if I wanted to play with a bike to bring my own!!!
I asked for his name and he said I am PAUL and I am the owner of the shop.
I suggested that he PUT A SIGN saying DO NOT TOUCH the bikes as there is nothing there saying so! RACIST MAN

After consulting our staff in the store, the black and white facts are that this person asked for some advise with a seatpost clamp and gear adjustments, to which the answer was bring his bike into store.

This person was then seen picking up a £3900 Venge bike off a display stand, and proceeded to pedal and play with the gearing whilst holding the bike in the air WITH ONE HAND. This practice is unacceptable in any retail store, especially without asking or being supervised.

He was then precisely asked "Can I put this bike back on the stand for you". When challenged as to why because there were "no signs" to say otherwise, the salesperson replied that "because it's an expensive bike, and that after this conversation we might consider putting a sign up (on the stand)" Simple as that.

These words are by no means rude, racist or inhuman - it pains us that a person would insinuate such accusations, then have little better to do than write about it.

Most of our cherished Specialized users would choose to be out on their bikes on such a sunny day. I'm afraid this chap will never be one of them.

Just had two of my bikes serviced here. Awesome store with loads of bikes and accessories. Staff are super friendly and helpful , for example offered to help load my bikes into my car. Service of bikes was excellent with good advice , particular thanks to Seb and James. This is now my go to bike store.

Walked into the store with a technical problem with 3 days to go before the etape! Problem solved great effort guys thank you....

Like a sweet shop for adults that cycle. It's an amazing well stocked place.
