Specialized Concept Store

I've just bought my second bike from this store and the entire buying experience was good, from the pre-sales advice and answers to my questions through to the hassle-free collection.

Not impressed by workshop. For a store that carries the Specialized brand name I expect higher standards. Paid for top spec service on my s-works and discovered that bottom bracket wasn't sufficiently greased leading to creaking in the crank when riding and that the head tube was missing a manufacturer recommended additional spacer providing required 3mm of clearance between steerer and head tube. This was subsequently pointed out to me by both an independent and also a Shimano mechanic. Also parts used during service were charged to me at MRSP (I challenge you to find a retailer that sells at MRSP - rip off). Don't be fooled by the logo on the store front. There are plenty of good independents in the area.

Excellent shop with superbly knowledgeable and friendly staff. While part of the Specialized franchise it feels like a local bike shop with personalised service and practicable advice on tap. The workshop is also excellent.

What a great team of staff.. took my bike in for a repair today, couldn't have been more helpful! I was also looking for a bike for my girlfriend who has not ridden a bike in 25 years! They sorted her out with a Ruze and did not make her feel uncomfortable when she could barely ride it :). Highly recommend these guys!
This is now my 3rd bike I have purchased from the Ruislip store.

Have used this shop for many years now; and the knowledge of the staff is excellent. Also they don't look down on me with my odd novice cycle question. I recommend them without hesitation.

Been going to Specialized in Ruislip for about 6 years now. Aside of all the staff being friendly and helpful and they know their bikes. That's the advantage of being dedicated to a single brand. They know them inside out.
Great sales service and great repair service.

Fascistic set up and staff. Well worth a shop to figure out your bike needs. Got some top advice from Wayne on the team who never once pushed for a salesy out of budget bike upgrade which was really appreciated.

Currently on the look out for a bike, popped into this particular store. Spoke to a guy called Brian, absolute TOP guy. Never spoken to someone with so much knowledge and who makes it CLEAR. Really educated me and helped guide me into what bike I need and why. Couldn't recommend this place anymore.
