Thanks to our women's group for an excellent Tour de Yorkshire recon ride today- great turnout, some big hills conquered and great group riding! We followed the women's Stage 2 route from East Keswick to the finish at the summit of the Cow and Calf climb in Ilkley. These rides happen once a month, so come and get involved!

World class service. I bought my Crosstrail from Harrogate store in November last year, crashed it 5 days later. Harrogate store were so helpful & supportive. I really got the bike bug, lost 3 1/2 stone & I've now sold that bike & just bought my new Allez Sport. Ben & everyone at the Harrogate store are so helpful. The new bike is fantastic, fully fitted to me. I've done a lot firsts this year but it's all been so easy with Specialized Harrogate. When i was looking for my new bike i did a lot of reseach & looked all over the country, everytime i came to the same conclusion, go to Specialized. Best bike shop around. BRILLIANT!!!!!!

Where to start, these guys are AMAZING!!!!!! Never once have they patronised this daft old bird and her total lack of usefull knowledge. I've now had three bikes built and lovingly cared for here, and wouldn't go anywhere else now (sorry lads �). The latest bike was expertly and beautifully built with a Campagnolo group set by the extremely lovely patient and competent Wesley who has received recent thorough training on all things Campy, it really is a thing of great beauty and he resisted what must gave been a great urge to throttle me many times during the lengthy build process. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this shop to anyone who will stand still long enough.

Recently got a new mountain bike from the guys in Harrogate, really amazing service. Couldn't rate them highly enough. Brilliant after care service too!

Just purchased a new Tarmac SL6 Sagan, a great experience from the staff very attentive and knowledgeable. First ride yesterday big improvement from my previous SL4 and that was a superb ride. Looking forward to the next ride soon.

I came for a saddle fit back in August. It was super quick and easy and was offered the brilliant 90 day refund or exchange if I wasn't totally happy (after a long search for a saddle this was much appreciated and great peace of mind). The fit made such a difference and was a revelation. I did take them up on the exchange in the end but my replacement saddle wasn't in stock and kept being delayed until December. I spoke to Alex and Rob over the phone several times and they were really understanding and honoured the 90 day exchange long after it expired (they were also super laid back when like an idiot I thought I'd lost my receipt...) Just picked up my new saddle and am super happy. Will definitely head back to the store when I'm shopping for a new bike. Thanks guys!

Had a great bike fit with Crian at the weekend. It was very in depth looking at all aspects. He even made a vitual version of me to fine tune my pedal action. The guys in the shop have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am now waiting for my new bike to be built but hopefully it will fit like a dream but if not I have been assure that we can tweak going forward. Top service!

Great friendly staff, knowledgeable too. Some good offers on clothes and their range of bikes are fantastic. Being a specialized owner I maybe bias but all I say above is true.

I live down in Newbury and the local store was unable to secure a Women Specialized Lululemon Jersey in the correct size but was able to let me know which store had ordered that size most recently. This was Harrogate. I dropped them an e-mail and was surprised to have an e-mail back from them within an hour. After a few e-mails back and forth with Ben, i had purchased the jersey around 2:00 and it arrived the very next day before 12:00. Fantastic service and delivery, would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Fabulous shop. They have serviced my bike for me even though it is not a specialised bike and as was unable to get my bike to them, a lovely young man collected it and dropped back off. I had been to all the other bike shops in Harrogate and they were the only ones prepared to help. A polite, courteous service..... Thank you so much. I highly recommend them

Cheers fellas, loving the new S-Works Tarmac... Had its maiden voyage on Sunday - handles, accelerates and responds brilliantly to rider input. It's even better than I hoped it would be. Thanks for sorting me out, all the staff are great, knowledgeable, helpful... Particularly Rob, Will and Ben who put up with all my store visits, emails for quotes and phone calls in the run up the build. Thanks again. (y)

Bought two bikes from the shop over the last three years. Fantastic service whenever I visit the store and always willing to help, even with simple jobs like changing an inner-tube! Would definitely recommend!

It's just been back in for a full strip down service and once again the entire team were fantastic and the bike is like new once again

Bought a road bike from them and after a few rides on it I was still not coming to terms with it and revisited the shop a couple of times where the staff where more then happy to alter the bike for me, on my last but one visit I met a member of staff called Ben who changed the set up again for me and said if I was still not happy with it, I could bring my old bike in and he would mirror the settings across from old to new, I ended up taking the old bike in and Ben was true to his word and I am glad to say I am now thoroughly enjoying my new road bike.

Bought a new bike recently, approached a couple of shops that stock the bike I wanted, the first shop I went to (NOT a specialized concept store), were unhelpful to say the least, wanted me to buy a different bike, questioned my knowledge and component choice for no reason other than it was different to the bike they wanted to sell me! Even suggested I should just choose a girly bike from a catalogue and have done with it! So.... I went to specialized concept store at Harrogate. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was able to try the bike I was interested in then they ordered my size. When it was delivered from suppliers there was a fault with a component but the staff i dealt with went above and beyond so I could still take my bike home that day, with James the mechanic even staying late to sort it. Went back today for a couple of tweaks and am so happy I chose this store. Absolutely top customer service! To the manager at this store please pass on my thanks to Alex, Rob and particularly James. ���

Awesome bike shop! Bought a new bike from here earlier this month and it was a great experience. Dan guided me through all of the different models to find the perfect one with informative but not patronising advice. He then made custom upgrades within my budget. His brother Ben gave some excellent tips and expertly fitted the bike once it was built and Alex made me feel totally welcome and enthused to go cycling. A great experience and team - I can't recommend highly enough!

As someone totally new to cycling, and someone who didn't buy my bike from them (bought 2nd hand) I have been looked after SO well by all the staff every time I have gone in (which is quite often) can't recommend them enough :) simple advice, technical help, just plain good customer service
