Today 03/12/17 visit to specsavers : Me and my husnand had an eye appointment The eyes were tested to which me and my husnand needed new Glasses.Well I have been with specsavers for many years.And today the young lady name TANYA assisted us with chosing our glasses she was fantastic very caring and a great asset to your store.Dont think I have had any of your other staff in past help me as she did..Thanks TANYA IPSWICH STORE...

I attended ipswich Specsavers today with a broken pair of glasses.

The customer service in store is always 5 star but today you excelled yourselves.

I was served by Tim belshaw who was not only friendly, approachable and professional but also arranged with the manager to fix my glasses for free even though they were just outside of their guarantee. Tim is a real asset to your company.

The brilliant customer service is what keeps me coming back to specsavers year after year. Thank you specsavers for exceeding my expectations once again. I am one very happy customer.

Brilliant costumer service from a gentleman called Lindell. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct due to boots messing up my prescription.

A big thankyou to Laura who works at Specsavers Ipswich, she was incredibly helpful when I went in on Saturday to buy some new glasses. I had been worrying about this for a while and she was so helpful and made sure she did everything possible to meet my needs, it was very much appreciated ��

Trying to get hold of Ipswich store and just keep getting an answering service who aren't even based in store and can't help me!! I need I move my appointment NOW!!

The worst experience today! My app for a lense check and eye test was at 2.10 arrived at 2.06 to which a lady on the contact lense department told me to take a seat I waited with my 16 month old little girl until 2.45! In that time no one approached me to say sorry to keep you waiting or even acknowledged me waiting, so I went back to the desk and said I had been waiting and they had no record of me arriving!! The girl who told me to take a seat wouldn’t even look me in the eye and someone else looked on the system and said did you arrive on time!! Which then annoyed me even more! I said I haven’t got time to have the eye test after as I have my little girl with me who I need to get home she went on to say they could do the sight test but not the lense check! To which I said don’t worry and walked out! This really isn’t good enough to be waiting all that time for one! But then to be told there was no record of me arriving when I had been sitting there the whole time! absolutely appalling service and I am now considering going elsewhere as I had only made the visit to town for this reason which was a complete waste of my time!

My wife had an appointment today at 12:05, she arrived 15 minutes she was booked in at reception. But left waiting for 45 minutes.

When she asked, “why the wait?”. She was told they had no record of her booking in and she had officially missed her appointment. Shouldn’t have gone to Specsavers! ���

Just had my worst ever experience purchasing anything from a shop. Everything from being booked in and having my eyes tested was perfect and as brilliant as it always has been at Specsavers

Then we got to final stages after choosing new frames. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop in all my life. I was being shown graphics on an ipad screen with regards to PAYING to have the lenses thinned, when I questioned the graphic and if it was a representation of the thickness of lense I was told to ignore the graphic. But expected me to decide whether to have them thinned at up to £75 per pair based on a misleading graphic.

I received attitude for questioning this. The same applies to antiglare coating. Used a graphic that showed blurred without it. But what's the point of selling me blurry glasses?

Again when I questioned this told to ignore the graphic.

Felt like I was being misled and his only interest was selling unnecessary upgrades.

I won't be going back I nearly walked out.

Came into ur poxy place today n was left still waiting for nearly an hour like Iv got time to waste...spent the majority of it watchin staff standing dafuq around talkin...even finding out I had been told the wrong time appointment wen the correct time came around u arseholes still had me waiting another 20mins later.... instead of u all worrying wat u looklike keep flickin ya hair n askin whos next to go dinner....attend to the customers waiting...furthermore as for ya free internet its SHIT!!! Need to say uv lost my custom n iv book myself elsewhere!!
