Staff are all so friendly , big thankyou to lilley and the other lady who helped me with my contacts. Very patient with me .

Ashok Mehra from Wisbech Specsavers you literally saved my Daughters sight and you have my life long gratitude. He didn't just recognise a problem, he phoned through to the hospital and insisted she got an appointment. He followed this up with her later in the day to make sure she understood where she was going and the importance of it. That appointment led to serious medical tests and interventions. The consultant neurologist said her eyes where at critical level and loss of sight was imminent without immediate intervention. So without the amazing quick action of Mr Mehra there is no doubt my Daughter would be blind as I write this comment without his actions and only then would her medical issues have been recognised. So this place gets 5 stars, I can't thank you enough!!!!
13/12/17 today my daughter who is 12 had a emergency appointment & had dye put in her eyes within 5 minuets of is all she passed out & I wanna thank the team for all the good kind work putting her in the recovery position & bringing her round & calling emergency service!. A big well done & a bigger thank you � from the preston family xxx

Soooo slow!!! Been waiting an hour 1/2 for my friends apppointment from start to finish and still ongoing.
I have never had to wait so long in an optician as i do at this wisbech store. Everyone looks very busy doing nothing in my opinion. Getting customers seen is not their strongest point.
The staff are friendly when seen.
I dont know if your short staffed or not but waiting this long is ridiculous!
The service is shocking to say the least, they lose customers glasses (my child’s) took well in advance of 3 months to resolve and now 4 weeks after ordering my sons glasses they are saying that we can not have them and will be at least another 2 weeks minimum
Absolutely shocking service and will be taking my complaint about them further!!
