Went to pick up my new glasses. Staff very helpful; answered all my queries and gave good explanation of after care facilities.

Visited the Doncaster store today with my 9 year old son. From the moment we walked through the door the customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff throughout, we weren't kept waiting at all and considering our appointment was late on a Friday evening it would be easy for staff to have one eye on the clock. The optician had my son laughing while conducting his eye test and the ladies helping choose the right frames could not do enough to help. Thanks.

Thank you to all the team, but I have to say a special thank you to Michelle who was incredibly patient and spent 90 minutes helping me search through frames so I could find two totally different looks that would fit my head and accommodate my lenses. THAT is dedication and customer service right there!

On a very busy Saturday, seen on time by a lovely optician. Had very patient lady then spend time helping me pick the right pair. Glasses done & ready in an hour! Got £99 glasses for £35 because on on direct debit scheme for contact lenses. Great service today, thanks all

Had a relaxing visit. I suffer from anxiety and felt at ease in there. The optician was very helpful. The young lady that served me was very good to put up with me. We had a giggle. I had to have new glasses and went for glasses and sun glasses. I cant wait to get them.

Excellent treatment and service. The ladies that delt with me were very polite and answered all my questions in detail. Think I went on nearly all there machines. Had plenty of time to choose my new glasses and I didn't feel rushed.

Dashed in to get licence application signed for the Pro-am race at GP. No appointment, I waited five minutes and was whisked straight in. 20 minutes and I was on my way with relevant paperwork all in order.

Not happy at all no help offered with young children wouldn't let my 3 year old use the toilet staff generally unhelpful not a great visit very frustrated

my son had his eyes tested on 6/9/14 but none of them are willing to fill out his military application form because they didn't do the test!! he's been in twice now to get the form completed which is costing him a trip from Leeds every time! a boys career is on the line! his details are on the computer, it's not rocket science!!!

Very unprofessional turned my 85 year old mum away twice. She is disabled and they were not sympathetic to her needs. Also told lies saying they had rung her to cancel no logged calls on house phone or mobile and no texts. Very disappointed and angry. We have all cancelled our appointments and gone to vision express.

Lazy unprofessional unhelpful staff. Never run on time with appointments and have a couldn't care less attitude. Optician turned up 5 mins after my appointment was booked then wasted another 20 mins chatting to staff and wandering around. No consistency in diagnosis or advice either. Diabolical.
