Excellent service. Sunday evening I lost my glasses at work at around 4:00pm just before they closed. I went into specsavers as I didn't know what else to do, they had a look at my prescription but due too it being two years old there was nothing they could do. However they booked me in for the following morning so I could have my sight tests and update my perscription and they even got my lenses sorted for me an hour after the test. This meant I was without my glasses for less then 24hrs and I could finally see again! Thank you so much for your help!

Turned up at 915 like they said on the text my hubby received still sitting waiting to be called at 10am still there at 1115 really not impressed and the thing was that staff were standing around only see 1 young girl doing some running about

Customer service is an absolute disgrace, one of the main reasons I'd rather travel to Chelmsford for an eye test and glasses

Awful customer service and dispenser team. Will definitely going to a different one next. No care for customers and even young child! Disagree of team here

Absolute joke! Went into store on 11th April to book an appointment I'm quite limited myself as I work every day the only day I have free is a Tuesday, I was offered an appointment on Tuesday 16th of may quite a few weeks away but happy to wait as I said I'm not very flexible when it comes to making an appointment. 15th may I get a phone call from branch to say the optician has called in sick and my appointment had to be cancelled again as I can only do a Tuesday the next available appointment for me was the 6th June, today, this morning I have received a phone call to tell me yet again the optician has called in sick and my appointment has to be cancelled there's nothing they can do accept fit me in for the 27th June! I have been waiting for 9 weeks already for an appointment suffering with excruciating migraines which they were aware of all to be told I now need to wait a further 3 weeks before I can be seen!! I know people can't help but be ill but twice the same optician has called in sick in the space of a few weeks! Won't be wasting my time waiting around for nothing again thanks!
