Thanks specsavers - my son who usually goes to the Hanley branch lost a lense from his glasses yesterday at the Bet 365. Spoke to Lisa this afternoon (I think that's her name) who sorted out obtaining the correct prescription information from Hanley and then proceeded to replace his specs in under an hour on a Sunday. Well impressed

Thank you to all staff for making my children and myself feel comfortable this evening after a very difficult customer trying to ruin the experience. I fully commend the way you dealt with it! Never have I experienced a verbally abusive man in an opticians but you dealt with him professionally and effectively

Every visit to Specsavers as been very good, I was always served with nothing but the utmost courtesy, until my last visit, my appointment was at 11-50 am but I was not seen until 12-15 by a very nice young man i might had, no thanks to the receptionist, but apart from the very unhelpful receptionist my visit was as always very good

Been in with my kids today. We saw Amy Belfield, who was absolutely brilliant. She was kind and friendly and just so easy to talk to.She explained everything to the children about what she was doing, what she'd found, she also explained how the eye worked. I can't thank her enough. I will be asking to see her next time.
