Would just like to say the customer service i had today was fantastic..the young gentleman who was helping me had the paitence of a saint as i spent ages trying on different styles of glasses..i didnt get his name but thank you

We came into store today and i could not fault the service we recieved. It was just after lunch time we arrived and the store was quite busy which caused a problem for 9 year old daughter who is on the autistic spectrum and suffers from high anxiety and social phobia. We headed straight to the childrens section and glasses were selected quite quickly (which is what i expected.) Tricky part now was the waiting especially as the store was getting busier. We caught the attention of an assistant, explained the situation to her and within a minute another female assistant was there to help us and took us over to a table. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name but she was fantastic with my daughter and made the process a very smooth one even though another optician had put differing numbers on my daughters prescription and voucher (Boots) . Well done Specsavers, you obviously give ALL your customers great care even those with special needs. Look forward to returning next week to collect my daughters glasses

Definitely would recommend Linda! She would make it get goal to find the perfect style for you based on how it looks, how it feels and she is so lovely! Wouldn't go unless she worked there! ASK FOR LINDA! �

Admit long time since had eyes tested but was well looked after initially by apprentice Dominic who did required tests prior to seeing the optician. Needed a prescription and was then greeted by another apprentice Jess who assisted patiently in helping me select suitable glasses and sunglasses. A really pleasant experience with polite staff. Well done Dominic and Jess

Service was great only thing I would say is no toilet at all not even for disable people. Having drove 22 miles on a Sunday morning and also having to drive back I found having no toilet very inconvenient. Would of given five stars .

Was disgusted at the way I was made a show as I dint have a white card to prove income ,, rang tc and cos on sea I don't need one ,,, won't ever recommend this place

Visited this store today in an attempt to have my sons eyes checked for sensitivity and to purchase sunglasses for the problem, staff were not friendly and I was appalled when trying sunglasses on my child in the store, 3 members of staff rudely towered over him, 1 of which pulled the sunglasses off my child's face and told him to get off them. We have now been seen to with great customer care at another opticians.
