I couldn't recommend this team enough - they really do care about their patients.

I've had nothing but fantastic service from all of the staff at Specsavers. My son has autism and adhd so, as well as being constantly on the go, it can be quite a stressful experience for him. Tonight we had to pop in as his glasses got broken at school and we left with a brand new pair within 15 minutes! I wouldn't take my son anywhere else �

Having purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Speck Savers Scunthorpe in December last year I picked up the specs the 2nd week in December the sales assistant name was Joanna I think?, one pair was absolutely great the other was the total opposite, on New Years Eve, having a meal the lady that sold me the glasses was at the same restaurant, and commented on the glasses, equally asking if the others were ok, having confirmed that I was struggling to see out of them she recommended that we should return to the store and have them checked, giving the times that she would be there as she sold them she wanted to ensure I was totally satisfied ( something very rarely found with someone not being at work) Having taken the glasses back today , there was no hassle the staff welcomed us in the store checked the glasses to confirm they were right, no hassle, fully accepted that they were not right for me but there was nothing wrong with the glasses, and suggested to exchange for a frame that would be better, no additional charges ... Now that's what I call true customer care, served by Emma, thank you so much to Spec Savers and in particular to Joanna and Emma you are both a credit to Speck Savers I would recommend you to anyone

Had an unexpected visit to Specsavers Scunthorpe today as my 8 year old son stood on his glasses. Less than 2 hours later he had been seen by the Optometrist, received a new prescription, chose two new pairs of glasses and the lenses from his broken ones put into new frames xxxx The staff there were amazing with him xxxxx perfect service from beginning to end xx and all free as he is a child.

Great with my two children, especially my 6 year old asd girl, she did well and was definitely encouraged by the staff who praised her constantly and gave her certificates and stickers and showed her the glasses case choices as she was more concerned about what cases they would come in!

Came in to store today with my 6 week old who was not happy. I could not have wished for more. All of the staff were lovely and friendly and we're quite happy to give my lille man cuddles whilst I had my app. Had it not been for them I would've had to reschedule and probably got stressed and burst into tears lol. Thank you all so much and Merry Christmas X

The worst customer service I've experienced in this shop and I won't be attending again! Was made to leave one child in one room while the other was seen in another! I asked for both to be seen at same time and was refused!

Still have my boy rather upset about his experience this morning , I’m going to struggle now to get him to come back he won’t forget this very easily ��
