Book an eye test today at Specsavers
Twice now we have been looked after by the same chap I think Darren. We have two children who both autistic. Opticians can be a great challenge for them and today was one of those days with them both needing new glasses. The staff were fabulous, patient, thoughtful and kind. High praise indeed from proud parents of two children who deserve the best and really happy today they got it. THANK YOU
I needed a follow up hearing test. I booked an appointment but that was cancelled due to staff illness, rebooked for Good Friday. The lady who did the test was so thorough and my old hearing aids were reset to the new optimum.
After struggling with my hearing aid for the last three years because I thought that was how they worked I was stunned to be able to hear sounds again that I had missed for so long.
The lady in question whose name I forgot to ask did such a good job correcting the hearing aids, that another shop setup, I went skipping happily all the way back home.
I can't thank you enough and I think my wife will be so much happier too.
Great stuff, friendly staff and very helpful. had to wait a little bit but understandable as it was at the end of the day, the optician that serve me had a great sense of humour, and similar views as myself, when picking glasses the lady that serve me was very helpful and honest with her opinions, when having them fitted the lady that looked after me was first class, a great bit of banter, definitely recommend.
Turned away from appointment as I arrived 6 minutes late then had to wait 5 before I was seen by anyone. Was told ten minutes was too late and I'd have to rebook... for 3 weeks time!! This was after booking online because the phones don't seem to be answered anymore, not receiving a confirmation email so calling numerous times again to confirm. I received a call back, in response to my voicemail 10 minutes before my appointment!! Have never had a problem here before, not sure if management has changed but I'll be taking my money (which is quite a substantial sum as a very short sighted individual with many years of glasses wearing ahead of me!) elsewhere after today!!
