Too variable. I've had some excellent and some really shoddy service in this store. I now use the Workington branch which is clearly much better managed.

Decent range of frames, pleasant staff

Rubbish service. My son really wanted spiderman frames which only specsavers do. They didn't have any in store so I asked if they could order some in for him to be told no. Later that day I spoke to an ex employee of the branch who said she regularly use to order frames in for customers, so it can be done! Not the first time I have had rubbish service here, the number of times my contact lense prescription has changed and they have failed to notify lense mail, I've had to do it myself. Would not recommend the place at all.
