Been several times - owner knowledgeable, has always sorted my road bike quickly and with no problems and charges very reasonable.

after reading reviews on here I avoided spen velo and went to Halfords after 3 attempts to get a part from being told I need bike year n frame number,part number,they need to oreder part and takes 2 weeks cost £20. I went to spen velo. the guy didn't even look at paperwork id got for Halfords with numbers of parts ect. he just said oh yeah we have those in stock.I asked how much - tenner half price of Halfords!! I found the guy knowledgable and very helpful..

I have no idea how this place possibly got any good reviews. Well, actually I can but pay attention to the honest reviews!
From the moment I entered this shop it felt like I was ruining the owners day by wanting to come in and buy something. It seems to be a shop for cycling experts and they'll be quick to point out you're not. All I wanted was to replace the inner tube I brought in with me. Instead of looking at the tube, I got an arrogantly toned set of questions about it before I was worthy to buy from them. Avoid.
