Spencer House Partners LLP ("SHP") was established in London in 2006 by Lord (Jacob) Rothschild and Jeremy Sillem (Managing Partner). Our purpose is to provide merchant banking services to companies in the financial services industry with a particular focus on asset management businesses. We offer strategic advice and, through our partners and connections, take equity stakes in high quality businesses to which our skills and experience are expected to contribute.
